Palvin began modeling at the age of 16 when she was discovered by a modeling scout on the streets of Budapest. She soon afterward moved to Paris to pursue a modeling career. In 2010, she became the face of Armani Exchange. The following year, she graced the cover of L’Officiel Hungary and Elle Hungary. In 2012, she became the first Hungarian model to ever be featured on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
In addition to modeling, Palvin has also appeared in several films and television shows. In 2016, she made her acting debut in the film Hercules. She also had a small role in the 2017 film Baywatch. On television, she has Guest-starred on The Bold and the Beautiful and Hawaii Five-0.
