Lazio’s Hernanes undertook perhaps the most curious off season training regimen one is likely to encounter.

The toes are probably an under recognized contributor to a footballer’s overall movement and agility, but if you think about how much they likely contribute to balance and thrust, they should probably be focused on at least a bit more.

That said, Hernanes should learn to paint with his feet rather than write. He could probably sell any soccer-themed etchings on Etsy for a pretty penny. Or handsome Lira or whatever.
